Our Wellness Precautions to Covid 19 

MASSAGE ENVIRONMENT

      • Your option for massages given Outdoors on our Terrace or Inside in private cave style treatment rooms.
      • Treatment Rooms have separate ventilation to outdoor air and independent air conditioning units.
      • Session includes time for guests to Shower Prior and After each massage.
      • Private shower room with WC adjoins each massage room. A private, outdoor shower is also available.
      • Cleaning protocols includes additional sanitizing of the massage rooms, reception, furniture, massage materials, air conditioning and common touch points.

    PREVENTIVE AIDS

      • Available to guests at Reception and in each massage room are hand sanitizer gel. 
      • Guests supply their own face masks – not required to wear during the massage session.
      • Appointments are spaced to allow adequate time in between for cleaning & to minimize interaction with other guests.
      • In the event of any COVID 19 type symptoms,  guests or staff are referred to the island’s designated health station.

    STAFF PRECAUTIONS

      • Temperature checks are taken daily for each massage therapist.
      • Massage staff follow hygiene protocols 
      • Additional washing of hands, arms, face prior and after each massage session.
      • Staff have resided in Greece for previous months and followed all self quarantine and health procedures per Greek and EU guidances.  

    GUEST PRECAUTIONS

      • Temperature checks may be given to guests following Greek and EU COVID 19 guidances. 
      • Additional symptom screening for cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell is conducted.
      • Contact Tracing: Guests will provide at the time of booking –  contact information including email, mobile/cell phone, Santorini accommodation contact and Arrival/Departure Dates for Santorini.
      • Greek and EU regulations for COVID 19 procedures are enforced and posted in Reception.

    VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS
    Massage sessions may be adapted or denied to medically vulnerable guests.

    • Obese individuals
    • Individuals who are 70 years and older
    • Individuals with chronic lung disease or moderate to severe asthma
    • Individuals who have serious heart conditions
    • Individuals who are immunocompromised
    • Pregnant women should first consult personal healthcare provider
    • Individuals determined to be high risk by a licensed healthcare provider
